DONGOLA (22 Nov) – The police arrested eight students from Darfur who studied in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of Dongola. One of the Darfur students said that prior to the arrests they had sent a delegation to negotiate with the Director on exemption from tuition fees.
