منبر الهامش بأمريكا: مظاهرات الداخل و الخارج اجماع سودانى لاسقاط النظام

منبر الهامش السودانى بامريكا الشمالية يقدر ويثمن و قفة الجماهير السودانية فى مظاهرات اسقاط النظام فى يوم السبت الموافق 30يونيو 2012م فى واشنطن و حول العالم وداخل السودان ، التى وحدت كل الشعب السودانى بمختلف اتجهاتهم الجغرافية و الوان طيفهم السياسية و الاثنية و تنظيمات المجتمع المدنى فى دولتى السودان و جنوب السودان، ممثلة بكل الشرائح و الفئات ابتداء من الاطفال و الشباب و الطلاب و النساء و الرجال و العجزة كحدث فريد لاول في سياق الراهن السياسي السوداني ، ممزقة بذلك سياسة فرق تسد التى يستثمر فيها نظام المؤتمر الوطنى العنصرى الدموى، و أرسلت رسالة واضحة و قوية لشذاذ الآفاقي و لاحسى الاكواع و ناحرى الذبائح لفصل جنوبنا العزيز و متحسسى مسدساتهم لسماع كلمة التنوع و المصليين لمقتل الارهابى بن لادن و اصحاب وصف التنوع بالدغمسة. مؤكدين بان التنوع محمدة و اثراء اجتماعى و اقتصادى و سياسى ، و ان ما يجمع السودانيين اكثر مما يفرقهم، و اكدوا انهم قادرين على ادارة التنوع على اسس محترمة و عادلة اساسها المواطنة المتساوية عبر دستور انتقالى و دائم يشارك الجميع فى وضعه، يراعى وزن و حجم السكان و مساحة الاقاليم و مواردها و اتفاق نهائى لترتبات امنية متفق عليها، و أكد الهامش على التنبية على اهمية كيف و مواصفات التناوب الاقليمى لحكم السودان يجب الاتفاق حولها لانها ستحول دون تجدد الصراعات. ركزت الهتافات على اسقاط النظام و فضح محسوبيتهم و فسادهم و اكدوا على دعمهم للمتظاهرين فى الداخل و تقديم الذين اجرموا فى حق الشعب السودانى للعدالة الدولية، مع مطالبة فورية بحظر الطيران فى مناطق الحروبات و ايصال المساعدات الانسانية للمواطنيين النازحين و اللاجئيين بعد ان وقف المؤتمر الوطنى ضد الارادة الدولية باستخدام الغذاء والدواء كاسلحة للابادة العرقية، بجانب مطالبة المتظاهرين و المتحدثيين بضرورة احترام حرية التعبير و التظاهر واطلاق سراح كل المعتقلين.
و فى واشنطن و وسط حضور كبير و تغطية اعلامية تلفزيزنية و اذاعية و صحفية واسعة تحدث اكثر من 30 متحدث فى المظاهرة يمثلون الجبهة الثورية ( تحالف كاودا) و القوى السياسية و منبر الهامش و تنظيمات المجتمع المدنى و الاعلاميين و الصحفيين بخطاب موحد، و اكدوه فى الندوة السياسية المسائية بفرجينيا يدعو لاسقاط النظام و ضرورة تكامل النضال السياسى و العسكرى وتنسيق الجهود فى كافة المستويات لحماية الثورة و ايجاد حلول جذرية و شاملة للمشكلة السودانية التاريخية، تجعل السودان يعيش بجانبية فى أمن و استقرار، و يستفيد من موارده فى التنمية، و ليرفع اسمه من الحظر الاقتصادى الدولى و قائمة الدول الراعية للارهاب.
و أكد منبر الهامش السودانى -الذى يعتبر التنظيم السودانى الوحيد الذى لم تتأثر مكوناته بانفصال الجنوب- انه سيستخدم كل علاقاته الدولية و بالولايات المتحدة الامريكية لاحداث تغيير جذرى مع الاخرين عبر اسقاط النظام و اعادة هيكلة الدولة السودانية فى كافة مستوياتها، مطالبا قفل السفارة السودانية بواشنطن لانها تمثل دولة راعية للارهاب و تمارس ابادة عرقيه و قهر ضد شعبها، و سط هتافات المتظاهرين الذين اكدوا انهم سيحتفلون قريبا بازالة و كنس النظام من داخل السفارة. و فى الندوة التى شاركت و تحدثت فيها القوى السياسية وتنظيمات المجتمع المدنى مؤكدين ضرورة توحد الجهود لاسقاط النظام، اوضح فيها قيادات الهامش نشأته و مفهومه و شموليته لكل انواع التهميش و خططه الممرحلة، و ضرورة الاستفادة من رؤية السودان الجديد فى تكامل وسائل النضال السياسى و العسكرى و عبر الانتفاضة و العمل الدبلوماسى و الضغط الدولى لاسقاط النظام و بناء سودان باسس جديدة. و أصدر منبر الهامش بيانا اكد فيه الوقوف مع قضايا الهامش و دعمه للمتظاهرين (مرفق البيان)
و قد بعثت عضوة الكونغرس و سودان كوكس السيدة/ باربرا لى بخطاب معبر تضامنا مع المتظاهرين فى الداخل و الخارج و ضرورة حمايتهم وفقا للاعراف و القوانيين الدولية، مؤكده ان البشير فقد شرعيته من اليوم و يجب وقف العنف ضد المتظاهرين فى الخرطوم و استهداف شعب جنوب السودان، كما يجب ايصال المساعدات الانسانية، كما لا يجب السماح لمواصلة هجومه على شعبة، ذاكرة بانها كعضوة فى سودان كوكس ستستمر فى عملها للتاكد من ان الولايات المتحدة تعمل لايجاد حلول للازمة السودانية( مرفق التصريح). كما قدمت الناشطة الحقوقية مارثا بوشكن كلمة و قصيدة تضامنية نيابة عن مجموعة أفعل من أجل السودانِ التى تضم اكثر من 68 منظمة مؤكدة دعمهم لقضايا الهامش و كل السودان.

Statement by Congresswoman Barbara Lee for Sudanese Marginalized Forum 6.30.2012 rally:
I regret that I cannot be here with you today, but I am making this statement out of serious concern for the ongoing crisis in Sudan.
President Al-Bashir is losing legitimacy by the day. Citizens in the Sudanese capital of Khartoum have been participating in peaceful protests against his regime, while Sudanese in the South continue to resist his targeting of non-combatants – a clear violation of international human rights law.
The regime in Khartoum needs to allow access to international aid providers and end its shameful assaults against civilians. President Al-Bashir must not be allowed to continue his attacks against his own people. As co-chair of the Congressional Sudan Caucus, I will continue to work to ensure that the United States uses every lever possible to bring about a peaceful resolution to the crisis in Sudan.

WIDESPREAD DEMONSTRATIONS THREATEN TO TOPPLE (NCP) REGIME IN SUDAN
The Sudanese Marginalized Forum (North America) welcomes and fully supports the ongoing demonstrations in Sudan against the Islamic dictatorship of the National Congress Party. The rise of the Sudanese masses against the brutal and corrupt regime is a reflection of the NCP’s failure to save the nation from an imminent economic collapse, particularly after the loss of 75% of oil revenue that went to the newly separated South Sudan.
This day, 30th June, coincides with the day in which the Islamic extremists took power in a military coup in 1989. For the last 23 years, the regime of President Bashir has alienated all non-supporters, monopolized all economic activity, impoverished the people, brutalized political opponents including students, journalists and human rights activists. In addition, this regime has used excessive force and brutality against the marginalized people of Sudan: more than 2 million civilians killed in southern Sudan in a war that ended in the separation of South Sudan, 300 thousand innocent lives lost in Darfur in a documented genocide, thousands of people killed by aerial bombing and ground attacks in the current war in the Nuba Mountains and Blue Nile regions, the killing by gunfire of demonstrators in Port Sudan in the east and in Kagbar in the north a few years ago, and many more incidents of extrajudicial executions, arrest and torture throughout the country.
We the marginalized people of Sudan, representing the regions of Darfur, the Nuba Mountains, Blue Nile, Abyei, the Beja in the east and Nubia in the north, will mobilize all our masses inside and outside Sudan, to fully and effectively take part in the current uprising against the Khartoum regime. We will put our efforts together and in coordination with all Sudanese forces of change including political and civil society organizations in order to bring about change towards freedom, justice and equality.
The Sudanese Marginalized Forum demands the following:
– That the Beshir regime stop the violence and use of excessive force against the peaceful
Demonstrators.
All Sudanese have the right to express their political views and voice their concerns.
– Release of all political detainees.
– Regime change is the best solution to all the problems of Sudan. It will also bring peace to the war torn regions, save the nation from economic collapse, and lead to better relations with countries in the region and around the world.
– African Union member states must reconsider their support to the Khartoum regime and move to isolate it. We also ask African countries and civil society organizations to support the Sudanese revolution.
– Arresting Bashir and bringing him to trial at the Hague along with the other government officials wanted by the ICC, will be justice served for the millions of Sudanese victimized by their atrocities.
– The international community must impose a no-fly zone in the war areas of the Nuba Mountains, Blue Nile, Darfur and in the border areas with South Sudan, in order to protect civilians including refugees and IDPs.
– The regime must stop the violence against and harassment of women in all parts of Sudan. Women have particularly suffered and very humiliated by the actions of the Islamic extremists, such as arrest, torture, rape, strict dress code, lashing in public etc.
We call on all the friends of Sudan in the United States and around the world to support us in our resistance against the Islamic regime. The United Nations Security Council must act to protect innocent civilians from the brutal regime.
