رغم التنازلات الكبيرة التي قدمتها قوى المعارضة السودانية والمساعي الحميدة للمجتمع الإقليمي والدولي في سبيل الحل الشامل للأزمة السودانية التي أدت إلى التوقيع على خارطة الطريق فقد قرر نظام عمر البشير يوم 10 إكتوبر إنهاء سلسلة المحادثات وعدم الإستجابة لكل هذه الجهود التى بذلت.
إتضح جليا بأن نظام البشير لا يرغب في أي حوار حقيقي يخاطب جذور الأزمة السودانية ويقود إلي التغيير بل يريد حوارا يبقي علي النظام بكل فساده وفشله.
ظل نظام البشير يمارس سياسته القمعية ، وانتهاكاته لحقوق الإنسان وقصفه

الإجرامي المتكرر للمدنيين باستعمال أسلحة كيماوية كما أكده تقرير منظمة العفو الدولي والذي يؤدي يوميا إلى تهجير آلاف المواطنين من ديارهم وتشريدهم إلى الأقطار الأروبية ، ومن المؤكد بأن السلام الحقيقي في السودان هو الحل الوحيد للحد من الهجرة غير الشرعية إلي البلدان الأوربية ، وهذا لن يتم في ظل وجود نظام البشير الذي ساهم بصورة فاعلة في خلق هذه الأوضاع المأسوية التى تساعد علي الهجرة.
بات جليا بأن نظام البشير ليست له رغبة أو إرادة في سلام حقيقي يقود إلي تغيير ديمقراطي ، لذا ندعو كل رفاقنا في القوى السياسية السودانية المعارضة بشقيها المدنى والعسكري ومنظمات المجتمع المدني الشريفة وكيانات النساء والشباب والطلاب إلي لقاء تفاكري وتشاوري نتفق حول زمانه ومكانه بهدف الخروج برؤية موحدة في كيفية إنتشال بلادنا من المأزق الذي أدخله فيها نظام البشير إلي رحاب السلام الذي يقوم علي الأمن والحريات الفردية والجماعية والتغيير وإقتلاع النظام بكافة الوسائل.
نحن في حركة تحرير السودان نناشد كل قوى المعارضة السودانية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني وكيانات النساء والشباب والطلاب وكل فئات المجتمع السوداني والمنظومة الإقليمية والدولية بمساندة وإنجاح هذه الدعوة لأجل سلام واستقرار حقيقي في السودان يفضي إلي التغيير ودولة المواطنة المتساوية.

An Open Appeal from Sudan Liberation Movement

The fabricated misnomer Sudan National Dialogue organized by the National Congress ruling party rapped up on 10th of October 2016 with nothing new to the people of Sudan despite the huge rewards from the regional and international community, in addition to the concessions made by Sudan Call groups and other Sudan opposition parties through the long running peace process and signing of the roadmap agreement for peace and dialogue; ironically failed because, the regime in Khartoum lacks political will to address the root causes to the conflict that bring real and just sustainable peace to Sudan. The ruling National Congress Party (NCP) is not prepared to pay the political dues of a lasting peace that will achieve security to the war torn regions in Darfur, Nuba Mountain and the Blue Nile, and further solve the humanitarian situations in three areas, ensure proliferation of fundamental freedoms and guarantee equal citizenship rights, human dignity and rights as stipulated in the Universal Declaration of Human rights; and ultimately end the flow of African refugees to the EU and neighboring countries, and generally; contribute positively to local, regional and international peace and security . The long experience of Sudan Liberation Movement with the regime in Khartoum concluded that the war mongering regime which is committing genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity and relentlessly use chemical weapons against its own people is addicted on dishonoring peace agreements. Therefore; the Sudan Liberation Movement/Army is calling upon all political parties, the armed forces in Sudan, civil society organizations, human rights group, activists, women, youth and students groups, workers, craftsmen and professionals to organize urgent meetings in order to map and agree on an inclusive national program that will navigate the country to the save heaven and draw realistic political transformation plan that all Sudanese would adhere with pride. On the other hand; the Sudan Liberation Movement appeals the regional and international community to support the noble struggle of SLM/A on the National Program(NP) and help build the diverse, pluralistic and detribalized secular, liberal, democratic and united Sudan with equal citizenship rights.
