CHICAGO (Reuters) – The U.S. Agriculture Department said on Friday that it bought 205,515 tonnes of U.S. sorghum for donation to Sudan and Chad.
The purchase was valued at $32.37 million and made from Cargill, ADM, and Louis Dreyfus at $155.57 to $163.33 per tonne FOB. Delivery to vessel is September 15 to November 15 with shipment from Houston, Texas, and Corpus Christi, Texas.
