Sudanese National Security Should be dissolved
  The military , the paramilitary forces and the security forces are supposed to be neutral institutions according to the constitution in the political arena . But   unfortunately they proved to lose their neutrality under the ruling party pressure .  
The government is supposed to fulfil the General elections pre-requisites according to Juba declaration before Nov  2009  and if not fulfilled , the elections should be totally boycotted .
