JEM Forces Completely Destroy Salah Gosch’s Special Forces in Kuma near El-fashir
On Wednseday August 5th 2009, gallant fighters of JEM were once again deploying its mobile administrative unit when a special force of GoS armed forces belonging to General Salah Gosh tried to confront it. The incident took place in Kuma near El-fashir in East Darfur. In a fierce battle Salah Gosh’s forces were utterly defeated. All members of his special force were either killed or captured and their weapons and vehicles are now in JEM’s hand. None was able to escape.
