بيان من وزارة الموارد البشرية والرعاية الاجتماعية حول المجازر والانتهاكات الإنسانية في مدينة الفاشر
تتابع وزارة الموارد البشرية والرعاية الاجتماعية بقلق بالغ الأنباء المروعة القادمة من مدينة الفاشر، إثر المجازر والانتهاكات البشعة التي ارتكبتها مليشيا الدعم السريع بحق المدنيين العزل، من قتل جماعي، وعنف جنسي، واستهداف للمستشفيات ومراكز الخدمات، ومنع لوصول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى المتضررين.
إن ما جرى ويمضي في الفاشر منذ السادس والعشرين من أكتوبر يمثل جريمة حرب وكارثة إنسانية وأخلاقية بكل المقاييس، وانتهاكا صارخا لكل القيم الدينية والوطنية والإنسانية. ويؤكد ذلك الطبيعة الإجرامية لهذه المليشيا التي تتعمد استهداف الأبرياء وترويع السكان، في تحد سافر لكل الأعراف والقوانين الدولية.
وتعبر الوزارة عن تضامنها الكامل مع الضحايا وذويهم والناجين من هذه الجرائم، لا سيما النساء والأطفال وكبار السن، وتدعو إلى فتح ممرات إنسانية آمنة تمكن المدنيين من النزوح الآمن والوصول إلى الغذاء والدواء والمأوى دون عوائق.
كما تحمل الوزارة مليشيا الدعم السريع المسؤولية الكاملة عن هذه الجرائم وعن استمرار معاناة المدنيين، وتدعو المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الإنسانية ومجلس حقوق الإنسان إلى التحرك العاجل لحماية السكان، وضمان المساءلة القانونية بحق مرتكبي هذه الانتهاكات، وتقديم الدعم الإنساني والنفسي للمتضررين.
وتحيي الوزارة أبناء السودان في الداخل والخارج الذين هبوا لدعم أهلهم في الفاشر، مقدرين وقفتهم النبيلة التي تجسد قيم التكافل والإخاء، وتؤكد الوزارة التزامها بالعمل مع الشركاء الوطنيين والدوليين لتعزيز الحماية الاجتماعية، وتوسيع الاستجابة الإنسانية، ودعم برامج التعافي النفسي والاجتماعي وإعادة الإدماج للمتضررين من الحرب.

Statement by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Welfare on the Atrocities and Humanitarian Crisis in El-Fasher
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Welfare expresses its deep alarm and sorrow over the tragic reports emerging from the city of El-Fasher, where the Rapid Support militia has committed horrific atrocities against unarmed civilians including mass killings, sexual violence, and deliberate attacks on hospitals, service centers, and humanitarian convoys.
What has unfolded in El-Fasher since October 26 constitutes a grave humanitarian and moral catastrophe a blatant violation of every human, ethical, and national value. These deliberate crimes against civilians reflect the brutal nature of the militia, which continues to terrorize innocent people and destroy the fabric of society in defiance of international law and basic human decency.
The Ministry stands in full solidarity with the victims, survivors, and their families especially women, children, and the elderly and calls for the immediate establishment of safe humanitarian corridors to allow civilians to evacuate safely and access essential aid, food, and medical care.
The Ministry holds the Rapid Support militia fully responsible for these crimes and for the ongoing suffering of civilians. It calls upon the international community, the United Nations, humanitarian agencies, and the Human Rights Council to take urgent and decisive action to protect civilians, ensure accountability, and bring the perpetrators to justice. The Ministry also urges an immediate effort to restore humanitarian access to El-Fasher and provide medical, psychological, and social support to those affected.
The Ministry pays tribute to the Sudanese people inside and outside the country who continue to extend solidarity, compassion, and material support to their fellow citizens in Darfur and beyond. This spirit of unity and resilience embodies the true character of the Sudanese nation.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Welfare reaffirms its unwavering commitment to working with national and international partners to safeguard civilians, strengthen humanitarian response, and advance programs for psychosocial recovery, social reintegration, and lasting peace throughout Darfur and Sudan at large.
