ملحــق تــقــرير رقـــــم (3)
بالإشاره للـموضـوع أعـلاه هذا ملــحق رقـم (3) لتقريرنا الذي أصدرناه بتاريخ 2 فبراير 2016م عند بدء وأثناء الهجمات الحكومية ومليشياتها (الجنجويد أو الدعم السريع) على منطقة جبل مرة وعموم دارفور منذ منتصف يناير من هذه السنة ؛ فقد لا زلنا نرصد ونتتبع وننقل لكم تفاصيل الإنتهاكات اليومية التي ظلت تشنها الحكومة وأجهزتها المليشية والأمنية على المدنيّن العُزّل برياً في المدن ومعسكرات النزوح وأطرافها وفي الأسواق والمزارع وجواً بطيران حربها في طرقات دارفور المتعددة وفي قرى المدنيّن بالأراضي المحررة بجبل مرة وعين سيرو التي تسيطر عليها جيش تحرير السودان بقيادة / عبدالواحد النور والتي لا زالت هي بدورها تبذل ما بوسعها لحماية المدنيّن من الهجمات البرية التي تشنها الخرطوم ومليشياتها في تلك المناطق المحررة ؛ كان المواطنون المدنيون في تلك المناطق حوالي المليون والنصف قبل هجمات يناير المنصرم ؛ حيث نزح بعضهم إلى معسكرات النزوح في المدن ومقرات اليوناميد والأغلبية ما زالوا في كهوف جبل مرة وطِلالها يفترشون الأرض ويلتحفون السماء – إنتشار مليشيات الجنجويد الذين هم دون الإنسانية وفوق القانون في كل ربوع دارفور قصدت بها حكوم
ة الخرطوم أن تستمر وتمضي بهما قدم على ساق في تنفيذ سياساتها المعلنة والقاضية بإرتكاب جرائم الإبادة وضد الإنسانية والحرب ضد القبائل ذات الأصول الزنجية بالإقليم ولن تستثناهم في ذلك حتى في شهر (رمضان) المعظم لدى الأغلبية من المدنيّن الدارفوريّن – هذا وفي ظل إنتشار الأوبئة والأمراض الغامضة وحالات تسمم كنتيجة لغازات الطائرات الحربية وسوء التغذية في نطاق واسع في أوساط النازحين بالمعسكرات والمهجورين في كهوف جبل مرة والتي لأ زالت تسبب الوفيات اليومية للأطفال والعجزة وذلك لإنعدام الخدمات الطبية ونقص الغذاء مع الغياب التام لدور المنظمات الإنسانية لأنها إما قُيّدت حتى لأ تقوم بدورها الإلتزامي أو ُطردت من قِبل حكومة الخرطوم – منع وطرد المنظمات الإقليمية والدولية للحيلولة دون القيام بواجباتها تجاه المتضررين المدنيّن وتفويض التجار المحليّن المواليّن للتنظيم الحاكم في البلاد للقيام بذلك الدور في أطراف معسكرات النازحين وتواطؤ بعثة اليوناميد مع الحكومة في سياساتها العنصرية ومع توسيع دوائر الإستيطان للقبائل العربية من دول نيجر ومالي وجماعات بوكو حرام النيجيرية في قرى وأراضي المدنيّن الذين نزحوا خَلقت واقع مأساوي جديد ومتصاعد حيث بدأت زروت خطورتها في مستهل خريف هذه السنة ؛ حينما توجه المزارعون المدنيون ذات الأصول الزنجية في كل مقاطعات ومديريات دارفور إلى مزارعهم القريبة من المعسكرات وبعض المدن حيث واجحتهم مليشيات الجنجويد والمستوطنون الجدد بالقتل والضرب والمنع في إستخدام أراضيهم حيث أدعى تلك المليشيات والمستوطنون الجدد ملكية تلك الأراضي الزراعية والقرى والجنائن وتحججوا بقولهم إن الحكومة سلمها لهم إياها وإنهم أي الملاك إن أرادوا إستخدام تلك الأراضي عليهم الرجوع إلى الحكومة أو دفع أموال مقابل الإنتفاع بها وقد نشبت صراعات في حواكير متعددة في الإقليم نتيجة لإحتلال تلك الأراضي وهي بالطبع تنذر لعواقب وخيمة تكون من ضمن نتائجها الموت المستمر والمجاعة بدلا من الزراعة وحصاد المحاصيل عند نهاية فصل الخريف ؛ علاوة على ذاك وهذا وما يلي بالأرقام هنالك إنتشار متصاعد ورهيب لجماعات بوكو حرام النيجيرية (الإرهابية) في غرب ووسط وشمال دارفور ؛ لذلك سوف نعدِد بالتفصيل في تقريرنا الرقمي هذا ما تحصلنا إليها في غضون الشهران المنصرمان (يونيو ويوليو) وإلى اليوم ؛ أعداد القتلى والجرحى والمعتقلين والمختطفون والمغتصبات والذين تم نهبهم من تاريخ 3 يونيو 2016م إلى اليوم في عموم مديريات دارفور ؛ مزيلة بقوائم وخرائط توضح فيهما القرى والجنائن والمزارع التي تم حرقها في غضون الشهران المنصرمان والحواكير والقرى المحتلة من قبل المستوطنون الجدد وأماكن الإعتداءات المتكررة ضدهم كمدنيّن في مزارعهم بالإضافة إلى خطة الحكومة في إفقار التجار المنحدرون من الأصل الزنجي في مدن وأسواق دارفور المختلفة من خلال مصادرة أموالهم والإعتقالات التعسفية لهما وأماكن تواجد جماعات بوكو حرام الإرهابية وتحركاتها.
كل ذاك وهذا وما يلي في الوقت الذي يتدافع ويضغط فيها غير أصحاب (الوجع) القوى الثورية نحو التفاوض مع النظام الإبادي هذا فوق جماجم الضحايا وأمام مرأى ومسمع الناجون من الإبادة دون التطرق لقضايا أمنهم وعدالتهم الجنائية وقضايا حواكيرهم وتعويضهم بُغية شفاء آلآم وجراحات الناجون وتحرير أراضيهم من براثن وفراقش الإحتلال.
* أولاً: ما تحصلنا إليها من أعداد القتلى والجرحى والمغتصبات والمختطفون والمعتقلون والمنهوبون وما ترتب عليها من أعمال الإتلاف والتدمير في حقهم كمدنيّن من قبل الحكومة ومليشياتها في غضون الشهران المنصرمان وإلى اليوم في عموم دارفور.
* بتاريخ 11 يونيو 2016م هاجمت مليشيات الجنجويد التابعة لنظام الخرطوم بعدد 6 عربه لأندكروزر محملة بمدافع الدوشكا والأسلحة الخفيفة معسكر الحميدية للنازحين في مديرية زالنجي بوسط دارفور حيث أسفرت ذلك الهجوم إلى جرح عدد 7 من النازحين من بينهم أطفال وإختطاف عدد 4 آخرين تم إطلاق سراحهم لأحقاً بعد دفع فدية مالية قدرها45 ألف جنية سوداني من قبل النازحين للجنجويد الخاطفين والجرحى هم:
1- ماهر إبراهيم عبدالشافع جمعة 25 سنة.
2- عبدالله إبراهيم محمد 28 سنة.
3- زهراء عيسى 11 سنة.
4- بثينة عبدالشكور 3 سنة.
5- عاطف محمد صالح 33 سنة.
6- النور محمد أحمد 51 سنة.
7- جعفر جمعة أرباب 49 سنة.
– إما المختطفون هم:
1- آدم محمد موسى رحمه 23 سنة.
2- إدريس يونس عمر مختار30 سنة.
3- عبدالله النور 45 سنة.
4- ضوالبيت علي 65 سنة.
* بتاريخ 18 يونيو2016م قتلت مليشيات الجنجويد التاجر الذي ينحدر من دولة جنوب السودان/ جون سايمون داخل مدينة الفاشر بعدما نهبت المبالغ والأجهزة الإلكترونية التي كانت بحوزته.
* بتاريخ 19 يونيو2016م قصفت طيران الحرب الحكومي قرية سُرونق بوسط جبل مرة وأسفرت ذلك القصف إلى مقتل المواطن/ عبدالشكور آدم 39 سنة وإبنه عمر6 سنة.
* بتاريخ 19 يونيو2016م قتلت مليشيات الجنجويد النازحة/ أميمة أحمد 29 سنة بشرق معسكر عطاش في جنوب دارفور إلى جانب جرح 2 آخرين وتعود أسباب القتل والجرح عندما حاول مليشيات الجنجويد إغتصاب تلك النازحة وعند مقاومتها لهم أطلقوا عليها النار عند تدخل الشابان المجروحان ؛ والجريحان هم:
1- إبراهيم بخيت 32 سنة.
2- سالم محمد احمد 28 سنة.
* بتاريخ 20 – 21 يونيو2016م هاجمت مليشيات الجنجويد التابعة لحكومة الخرطوم بقيادة/أحمد جبات وأحمد علي وحدة طور الإدارية التابعة لمديرية كاس بجنوب دارفور ؛ حيث أسفرت ذلك الهجوم إلى مقتل عدد 9 من النازحين من بينهم أطفال وجرح عدد 13 آخرين وأدت كذلك إلى نهب وإتلاف وخسائر مادية هائلة.
– والقتلى هم:
1- أماني عبدالله موسى 13 سنة من طور شرق.
2- آدم عبدالجبار عبدالله 50 سنة من طور شرق.
3- حسين آدم حسين 40 سنة من طور غرب.
4- عبدالعزيز محمد أبكر 40 سنة من طور غرب.
5- إسحاق إدريس جمعة 6 سنة من طور شرق.
6- جمالات حسين عيسى 3 سنة من طور شرق.
7- عزالدين طه 21 سنة من طور شرق.
8- يوسف إسماعيل مُلي 16 سنة من طور غرب.
9- الباقر محمد أحمد 28 سنة من طور شرق.
– إما الجرحى هم:
1- أم الخير محمد12 سنة طور شرق.
2- أحمد عبدالله عبدالمحمود 30 سنة من طور شرق.
3- الشيخ عيسى عبالشافع 55 سنة من طور شرق.
4- آدم موسى أحمد40 سنة من طور شرق.
5- يحيى أتيم علي 30 سنة من طور شرق.
6- محمد إسماعيل موسى 31 سنة من طور شرق.
7- عبدالرحمن يوسف يونس 70 سنة من طور شرق.
8- صلاح أحمد موسى 29 سنة من طور شرق.
9- الأمين أحمد أبكر 45 سن من طور غرب.
10- مدثر عيسى المحجوبي 29 سنة من طور غرب.
11- حواء محمد أحمد يعقوب 36 سنة من طور شرق.
12- كوثر إدريس من طور شرق.
13- جمالات أنور محمد الحسن 2 سنة من طور غرب.
– الأموال المنهوبة والخسائر المادية:
– تم نهب سوق وحدة طور الإدارية بالكامل وتقدر الأموال المنهوبة بمبلغ 7 مليار جنية سوداني.
– أسفرت ذلك الهجوم إلى حرق كامل لعدد 234 منزل.
– نهب المهجمون عدد 378 رأس من الضأن والأغنام.
– نهب المهاجمون عدد 86 رأس من الحمير.
* بتاريخ 22 يونيو2016م هاجمت مليشيات الجنجويد بقيادة / محمد حسب الله والمستوطنون الجدد التابعتان لنظام الخرطوم مواطني او مزارعي قرية كرينيك التابعة لوحدة أم تجوك الإدارية في شرق مديرية الجنينة بغرب دارفور حيث أسفرت ذلك الهجوم إلى مقتل عدد 14 من المدنيّن المزارعون وجرح عدد 8 آخرون وفقدان عدد 6 آخرين ؛ وتعود أسباب الهجوم ؛ عندما أراد ملاك الأراضي الزراعية الذين ينحدرون من الأصل الإفريقي الزنجي بتجهيز أراضيهم بُغية زراعتها ؛ حيث أعترضتهم مليشيات الجنجويد والذين بعضهم هم مستوطنون جدد وقالوا لهم: ( إن هذه الأراضي قد حرروها هم وأشتروها من الحكومة وإن أردتم إستخدامها أو الإنتفاع بها عليكم الرجوع إلى الحكومة أو دفع أموال مقابل الإنتفاع أو إستحدامها (إستئجارها) وعليكم الرجوع إلى أماكنكم للتشاور) ؛ وبالطبع رفض ملاك الأراضي تلك الإستفزازات والتهديدات وحينها أطلقت عليهم تلك المليشيات النار بدون رآفة ورحمة.
– والقتلى هم:
1- المأزون أو إمام المسجد العتيق بالقرية/محمد أحمد عبدالبنات 57 سنة.
2- إبن وكيل العمدة/بحر الدين محمد أحمد عبدالبنات 50 سنة.
3- عبدالمولى إسحاق عبدالبنات 45 سنة.
4- حسن إسحاق عبدالبنات 50 سنة.
5- محمد محمدين 50 سنة.
6- طارق آدم (آبو دقلو) 20 سنة.
7- حمادي آدم 37 سنة.
8- صالح حبان 19 سنة.
9- محمد آدم 19 سنة.
10- إبراهيم حسين صنقع 19 سنة.
11- عبود عمر (أبوكمر) 40 سنة.
12- القوني محمد 43 سنة.
13- صالح محمد الهجو 28 سنة.
14- صديق آدم جمعة 19 سنة.
– إما الجرحى هم:
1- يعقوب إسحاق جقجقي 60 سنة.
2- الأستاذ/ عبدالله أبكر حامد – مدير مدرسة الثانوية بنات بالوحدة.
3- الأستاذ/ عبدالرحمن عبدالرسول.
4- آدم الدوم عبدالرسول 28 سنة.
5- شوقار عمر 45 سنة.
6- يعقوب إسحاق 60 سنة.
7- عيسى علي حامد 60 سنة.
8- صديق الحسيني آدم 37 سنة.
– إما المفقودين هم:
1- الأستاذ/ عبدالرحمن عبدالرسول 53 سنة (معلم المرحلة الثانوية).
2- عبدالله أبكر 45 سنة ؛ مدير مدرسة أم تجوك الثانوية.
3- محمد إسحاق 60 سنة.
4 خديجة يوسف عبدالرحمن 23 سنة.
5- محسن محمد صالح 31 سنة.
6- جمعة آدم خبر دكيم 45 سنة.
* بتاريخ 23 يونيو2016م هاجمت مليشيات الجنجويد أو الدعم السريع التابعة لحكومة الخرطوم بقيادة/ عيسى المسيح سوق مديرية كبكابية وتعود أسباب الهجوم إلى تكرارمحاولات الجنجويد في منع النساء ذات الأصول الزنجية لممارسة مهنة بيع الشاي وإخلاء السوق ؛ عندما رفضن النساء وزويهن ذلك الحرمان والتهديد المستفز هاجمهم المليشيات وأسفرت ذلك الهجوم إلى مقتل 3 مدني وجرح عدد 9 آخرين.
– والقتلى هم:
1- عواطف محمد بشر جمعة 22 سنة.
2- جمعة يوسف 27 سنة.
3- مختار عبدالشكور يحيى 43 سنة.
– إما الجرحى هم:
1- الحاج جمعة صالح 20 سنة.
2- وليد موسى إبراهيم 31 سنة.
3- عبدالعظيم دلي آدم 18 سنة.
4- مستورة آدم الحاج 40 سنة.
5- عبدالله محمد محمد 26 سنة.
6- حواء علي آدم 30 سنة.
7- الناجي يوسف 35 سنة.
8- الهادي آدم عبدالحميد 20 سنة.
9- محسن ضوالدار 29 سنة.
* بتاريخ 22 يونيو 2016م نهبت مليشيات الجنجويد في قرية كُستي بمحلية كرينيك الواقعة شرق مديرية الجنينة بغرب دارفور المواطن/ياسين حسن الحاج 32 سنة ؛ حيث نهبت منه مبلغ 3 الف جنية سوداني وهاتفه النقال وأتلف مزرعته وقطع أشجاره وهددوه بعدم العودة ثانية إلى تلك الأراضي وقالوا له ( إن هذه الأراضي باتت مملوكة لنا بعدما حررناها من العبيد).
* بتاريخ 22 يونيو 2016م إغتالة مليشيات الجنجويد المواطن/ أبوالقاسم علي ترايو في وحدة أمبرو الإدارية الواقعة شمال مديرية الفاشر بشمال دارفور.
* بتاريخ 23 يونيو 2016م نهبت مليشيات الجنجويد الهاتف النقال للطالب في جامعة الفاشر/ عبدالله فضل رحمه 29 سنة ؛ ثم قتلوه.
* في منتصف شهر رمضان الموافق 15يونيو2016م من هذه السنة وكنتيجة لضرب الأعيرة النارية بطرق عشوائية وممنهجة داخل المدن وكإنفلاتات أمنية مقصودة من قِبل مليشيات الجنجويد قتلت الطالب بجامعة الجنينة / هاشم السنوسي 28 سنة من داخل منزلهم بحي المحافظين – مديرية زالنجي بوسط دارفور.
* بتاريخ 23 يونيو 2016م أطلقت مليشيات الجنجويد النار على المواطن/ هارون سليمان عمر 32 سنة في وسط سوق مديرية الجنينة بغرب دارفور ولاذو بالفرار وقد مات المجروح لاحقاً على أثر تلك الجروح.
* بتاريخ 26 يونيو 2016م إغتصب مليشيات الجنجويد عدد 4 نساء من بينهن طفلة بوحدة قولو الإدارية في جبل مرة بوسط دارفور ؛ والمغتصبات هن: (تفهماً لقيم المجتمع وثقافتها سنورد لكم أسمائهن في شكل رموز ونحفظ أسمائهن الحقيقية في دفاتر الحركة وسجلاتها الرسمية).
1- ن ، ع ، م ، ن 13 سنة.
2- خ ، خ ، أ 34 سنة.
3- س ، م ، ي 27 سنة.
4- ع ، م ، أ 42 سنة.
* بتاريخ 28 يونيو2016م قتلت مليشيات الجنجويد التابعة لنظام الخرطوم المواطن/ عبدالله أبودقن 40 سنة في مزرعته بقرية سُورنِقل جنوب وحدة كويّا الإدارية بشمال مديرية كاس الواقعة في جنوب دارفور ؛ وتعود أسباب القتل إلى أن المليشيات قد حزروا المقتول في زمن سابق بعدم الرجوع إلى تلك المزرعة بحجة إنهم قد منحها لهم إياها الحكومة.
* بتاريخ 28 يونيو2016م أصابة مليشيات الجنجويد المواطن/ سليمان موسى عيسى35 سنة بجروح عميقة في وسط سوق مديرية كبكابية بشمال دارفور وكان ذلك أثناء إختطاف المليشيات لشقيقة/ أحمد موسى.
* بتاريخ 28 يونيو2016م أطلقت مليشيات الجنجويد النار على المواطن/أمير عبدالله يعقوب 35 سنة عندما كان يعمل في مزرعته بشمال مديرية نيرتيتي بوسط دارفور.
* بتاريخ 28 يونيو2016م أطلقت مليشيات الجنجويد النار على الطالب/الطيب يحيى مهاجر من أمام منزلهم في وحدة مدينة نيرتيتي بمديرية وسط دارفور ومات لاحقاً متأثراً بذلك الجروح.
* بتاريح 28 يونيو2016م قتلت مليشيات الجنجويد في مدينة نيرتيتي بوسط دارفور المواطن/ عيسى عبدالله خميس من أمام جنينته بشمال نيرتيتي بعدما نهبت حماره وما كان بحوزته.
* بتاريخ 30 يونيو 2016م قصفت طيران الحرب الحكومي قرية دربات بشرق جبل مرة ؛ حيث أسفرت ذلك القصف إلى مقتل عدد 3 إمراة وإصابة عدد2 آخرين بجروح عميقة ؛ والقتلى هم:
1- حليمة إبراهيم أحمد 25 سنة.
2- سعدية حامد سليمان 32 سنة.
3- جمعة صديق إسحاق 33 سنة.
– إما الجرحى هم:
1- فتحية يونس عبدالرحمن 9 سنة.
2- سلوى عبدالكبير 44 سنة.
* بتاريخ 17 يوليو2016م هاجمت مليشيات الجنجويد نازحي معسكر دارالسلام بوحدة قريضة شرق مديرية نيالا بجنوب دارفور أثناء ما كانوا يعملون في مزارعهم حيث أسفرت ذلك الهجوم إلى مقتل عدد 5 من النازحين إلى جانب جرح عدد 8 آخرون من بينهم طفل وتعود أسباب الهجوم والإعتداءات المتكررة حول ملكية الأرض حيث يتدعى مليشيات الجنجويد وعائلاتهم (المستوطنون الجدد) على إنهم حرروا تلك الأراضي وإن الحكومة قد منحها لهم إياها وإن على الملاك إذا أرادوا الأنتفاع بها أو إستخدامها عليهم دفع أموال مقابل ذلك والقتلى هم:
1- يحيى محمد يحيى إبراهيم 17 سنة ؛ طالب ثانوي.
2- مكية محمد يحيى إبراهيم 22 سنة ؛ ربة منزل ولديها طفل رضيع.
3- محمد أبكر آدم حماد 21 سنة ؛ طالب جامعي.
4- سعاد محمد عيسى 34 سنة.
5- رضية ضوالبيت 48 سنة.
– إما الجرحى:
1- محمد يحيى إبراهيم 55 سنة.
2- أحمد محمد يحيى أبراهيم 14 سنة.
3- عبدالله الحاج جديد 45 سنة.
4- أبكر آدم حماد آدم 46 سنة.
5- مريم آدم حماد آدم 35 سنة.
6- الحاج ضوالبيت 33 سنة.
7- الحاج عبدالله 21 سنة ؛ طالب ثانوي.
8- زينب محمد يحيى إبراهيم 20 سنة.
* بتاريخ 9 يوليو 2016م إغتصب مليشيات الجنجويد المرتكزة في معسكرهم بقرية إيريّتلنق على بعد 1 كلم من وحدة فنقا بشرق جبل مرة الواقعة في وسط إقليم دارفور عدد 8 إمراة من بينهن عدد 3 قاصرات أثناء ما كن عابرن بوادي دوُّلو التي تربط وحدتي فنقا وتبرأ والمغتصبات هن: (تفهماً لقيم المجتمع وثقافتها سنورد لكم أسمائهن في شكل رموز ونحفظ أسمائهن الحقيقية في دفاتر الحركة وسجلاتها الرسمية).
1- ج ، س ، ي 16 سنة.
2- ك ، ن 14 سنة.
3- ح ، س ، ي 13 سنة.
4- م ، أ ، ج 45 سنة.
5- ب ، ع ، ض 41 سنة.
6- س ، م ، أ 32 سنة.
7- ت ، ص ، ع 38 سنة.
8- ف ، أ 50 سنة.
* بتاريخ 11 يوليو 2016م إختطف مليشيات الجنجويد التابعة لنظام الخرطوم المواطن/الشيخ أبكر محمد(خرطومي) 43 سنة من أمام مزرعته بوحدة نيرتيتي في وسط دارفور ؛ حيث تم إطلاق سراحه فيما بعد ؛ بعد دفع فدية ماليه قدرها 90 ألف جنية سوداني من قِبل زويه.
* بتاريخ 11يوليو2016م إغتالة مليشيات الجنجويد التابعة لنظام الخرطوم الطالب/فضل هارون يوسف 27 سنة بجانب سوق بركة سايره التابعة لمقاطعة سرف عمرة بغرب دارفور ؛ وذلك عندما حاولوا نهب هاتفه النقال وقد قاومهم حتى الموت.
* بتاريخ 13 يوليو 2016م إغتالة مليشيات الجنجويد الطالب / بحر الدين آدم عبدالخالق 22 سنة في أثناء ذهابه من وحدة دريج إلى قرية براكي بمديرية وادي صالح الواقعة في شمال وسط دارفور وقد قاومهم حتى الموت.
* بتاريخ 15 يوليو2016م إعتقلت الأجهزة الأمنية التابعة لنظام الخرطوم الشيخ/ يوسف محمد أبكر70 سنة في مديرية الجنينة بغرب دارفور وقد حولته إلى سجونها في الخرطوم وتعود أسباب الإعتقال على خلفية الخطبة التي ألقاها الشيخ بمناسبة عيد الفطر الماضي في هذه السنة حيث حمّل الشيخ الحكومة الإتحادية والولائية مسؤولية القتل والنهب والإغتصابات المنظمة التي تشنها مليشيات الجنجويد التابعة لها ضد عموم القبائل الزنجية بالإقليم علاوة على تصاعد التدهور الأمني المريع وإحتلال مليشياتها الأراضي الزراعية التابعة للسكان الأصلين في المنطقة.
* بتاريخ 20 يوليو2016م قتلت مليشيات الجنجويد عدد 4 أفراد من أسرة المواطن/علي آدم ؛ عندما كانوا في مزرعتهم بقرية مسنقر غرب مدينة كتم بشمال دارفور ؛ حيث تعود أسباب القتل عند إطلاق المليشيات إبلهم في المزرعة ؛ وعندما حاول أفراد الأسرة منعهم من إدخال إبلهم ؛ أطلقت عليهم تلك المليشيات النار وماتوا جميعًا.
* بتاريخ 20 يوليو2016م إعتدت مليشيات الجنجويد على النازحة في معسكر كسّاب بمحلية فتابرّنو في شمال دارفور/ زينب إبراهيم عبدالله 56 سنة ؛ حيث كُسرت يدها اليمنى.
* بتاريخ 21 يوليو2016م قصفت طيران الحرب الحكومي قرى كوّرأ وتُردي وطيّنة قُرلنبانج وأدت ذلك القصف إلى مقتل عدد2 طفل وهما:
1- قمرالدين يحيى 8 سنة.
2- أبوبكر حسين صالح 12 سنة.
* بتاريخ 22 يوليو2016م وكنتيجة لتدهور الأمني المقصود أطلقت مليشيات الجنجويد التابعة لنظام الحاكم في الخرطوم النار عشوائياً في مدينة زالنجي بوسط دارفور وأدت ذلك إلى إصابة الطفل/ منصور أرباب حسين بجروح عميقة.
* بتاريخ 25 يوليو2016م هاجمت مليشيات الجنجويد التابعة لنظام الخرطوم نازحي معسكر دار السلام بوحدة قريضة في جنوب دارفور أثناء ما كانوا يعملون في مزارعهم الواقعة شمال غرب قريضة ما بين قريتي مشروع وأبدوس حيث أسفرت ذلك الهجوم إلى مقتل عدد 2 نازح وإصابة آخر بجروح عميقة في رأسه وأرجله وتعود أسباب الهجوم حول ملكية الأرض حيث يتدعى مليشيات الجنجويد بإنهم قد حرروا تلك الأراضي وان الحكومة قد منحها لهم إياها وعلى النازحين أو ملاك الأراضي إذا أرادوا الإنتفاع بها أو إستخدامها عليهم دفع مبالغ مالية مقابل ذلك والقتلى هم:
1- يحيى محمد آدم (أديرة) 50 سنة.
2- عبدالباسط الطاهر 36 سنة.
– إما المصاب هو/عمر السنوسي 55 سنة.
* بتاريخ 25 يوليو2016م قتلت مليشيات الجنجويد المواطن/ يحيى محمد أبكر 35 سنة وأصابة شقيقة/عادل محمد أبكر 29 سنة بجروح عميقة ؛ ذلك حينما كانوا في طريقهم من قرية شوّبَه إلى مديرية كبكابية بشمال دارفور.
* بتاريخ 28 يوليو2016م قصفت طيران الحرب الحكومي قرى نأمّا ودأيّا في وسط جبل مرة وأدت ذلك القصف إلى مقتل الشيخ/ عبدالشكور أحمد عيسى 75 سنة ؛ ونفوق عدد 27 من الأغنام والضأن وعدد 32 حمار.
* من تاريخ 31 يوليو2016م إلى اليوم إعتقلت الأجهزة الأمنية التابعة لنظام الخرطوم عدد 32 نازح من قيادات النازحين في معسكر نيرتيتي بوسط دارفور وذهبت بهما إلى جهة مجهولة ولا زالت المطاردات جارية ؛ وتعود أسباب الإعتقال على خلفية إجتماعهم مع المبعوث الأمريكي لدولتي السودان وجنوب السودان/دونالد بوث حينما زارهم في معسكرهم بنيرتيتي في نهائيات يوليو المنصرم ؛ ومن بين المعتقلون:
1- آدم صديق عمر 75 سنة ؛ في المعسكر الجنوبي.
2- آدم محمد علي 45 سنة.
3- عبدالكريم آدم عبدالكريم32 سنة.
4- يوسف هارون (سِنكارأ) 30 سنة.
5- الطبيب/ تجاني عبدالجبار يوسف 25 سنة.
6- علي (ابوعلاء) 27 سنة ؛ من المعسكر الشمالي.
7- إسحاق (تبوديأ) 52 سنة.
8- عثمان عبدالقادر عبدالصادق 20 سنة.

* بتاريخ 1 أغسطس 2016م إعتقلت مليشيات الجنجويد أو الدعم السريع المواطن/ عبدالمؤمن أحمد الطاهر 32 سنة من دكانه في السوق الجنوبي بمدينة نيالا الواقعة في جنوب دارفور وذهبوا به إلى جهة مجهولة.
* بتاريخ 1 أغسطس2016م قصفت طيران الحرب الحكومي مزارعي قرى شمال كاقروا بشمال جبل مرة حيث أدت ذلك القصف إلى قتل طفلان توأمان وذلك عندما كانوا مع والدهم في مزرعتهم والطفلان هما:
1- حسن حامد صالح 5 سنة.
2- حسين حامد صالح 5 سنة.
* بتاريخ 1 أغسطس 2016م إغتصب مليشيات الجنجويد عدد 2 إمراة قرب مشروع أبوزيد بقرية دوبّو العمدة في شرق جبل مرة
والمغتصبات هن: (تفهماً لقيم المجتمع وثقافتِها سنورد لكم أسمائهن في شكل رموز ونحفظ أسمائهن الحقيقية في دفاتر الحركة وسجلاتها الرسمية).
1- خ ، ع ، ص 56 سنة.

* بتاريخ 1 أغسطس2016م قتلت مليشيات الجنجويد عدد 3 من النازحين المزارعون بشمال قرية فأشّا في جنوب دارفور وجرح عدد4 آخرين عندما كانوا يعملون في مزارعهم والقتلى هم:
1- عبدالمؤمن عبدالله 49 سنة.
2- ناصر الأحمدي 56 سنة.
3- محمد أحمد حسين 43 سنة.
– إما الجرحى هم:
1- أبكر آدم 23 سنة.
2- عثمان جمعة احمد 45 سنة.
3- محمد أحمد عمر 55 سنة.
4- إدريس اليأس هارون 21 سنة.
* بتاريخ 2 أغسطس 2016م نهبت مليشيات الجنجويد أو الدعم السريع التابعة لنظام الخرطوم بضائع كل التجار في سوق مرين بمدينة زالنجي الواقعة بوسط دارفور.
*بتاريخ 5 أغسطس 2016م نهبت مليشيات الجنجويد عدد 22 دكان في السوق القديم لمدينة نيرتيتي حيث تقدر عدد الأموال المنهوبة ب700 الف جنية سوداني.
* بتاريخ 8 أغسطس 2016م قصفت طيران الحرب الحكومي قريتيّ كَبليّ ولوقيّ في وسط جبل مرة بعدد 13 قذيفة حيث أدت ذلك القصف إلى مقتل 8 مدني من بينهم أطفال وجرح عدد 6 آخرون والقتلى هم:
1- حواء يحيى بكر كرم الدين 60 سنة.
2- حنونة إسحاق خميس 20 سنة.
3- رقية إسحاق خميس 12 سنة.
4- عبدالرحمن إسحاق خميس 10 سنة.
5- جميلة يوسف 36 سنة.
6- أم سلمة على آدم أبكر 11 سنة.
7- معتصم إدريس أبكر 20 شهر.
8- سارة علي موسى 2 سنة.
– إما الجرحى هم:

* من يوم 8 إلى 10 أغسطس 2016م إعتقلت جهاز أمن المؤتمر الوطني – الحزب الحاكم – عدد 6 نازحون من معسكرات كاس بجنوب دارفور وذهب بهما إلى معتقلاتها في بمدينة كاس حيث لن تُبيّن الأسباب والمعتقلون هم:
1- شيخ المشائخ/آدم صالح 60 سنة.
2- خليل آدم إبراهيم 55 سنة.
3- عمر عبدالكبير 63 سنة.
4- عبدالجبار أحمد عبدالمولى 70 سنة.
5- عبدالله موندي 42 سنة.
6- سر الختم يونس 57 سنة.
* ثانياً: قائمة توضح القرى والجنائن ومزارع المدنيّن التي أحرقتها مليشيات الجنجويد وطيران حربها في غضون الشهرين المنصرمين في هذه السنة (يونيو ويوليو) وإلى اليوم ؛

قرية: بُولي بشمال جبل مرة وفيها نهبت السوق ثم أحرقت وطالت لهيب نيرانها عدد 34 منزل بشرق السوق.

The ceaseless savage attacks of Khartoum’s Regime on Civilian Population of Jebel Marra
Prelude
The appendix report No (3) is latest installment in a series of fact finding reports issued by Sudan Liberation Movement chaired by Abdul Wahid Mohammed Ahmed Al-Nour documenting the latest state sponsored genocide by the Khartoum regime in the Jebel Marra region, since the government forces and its paratroops militias resumed their aggression and indiscriminate attacks in a new campaign initiated in January 2016.The report cannot document fully the extend of the destruction and human toll of the latest government offensive as resources are limited and we cannot gather all eyewitness testimony due to the violence being ongoing and the civilian population at large being subjected to reprisal and intimidation. The report however does offer in microcosm a reflection of the horrors that exist throughout the region as brutal an unceasing reality. The Khartoum regime claims the region is now entirely pacified and that a climate of security prevails, to such degree it has demanded the withdrawal of UNAMID forces. This is an utter fallacy and fabrication entirely devoid of any credence: when punishing attacks carried out by the regime’s regular troops, partner militias and air power continues to wreak havoc on a largely defenseless civilian population. Alongside this violence the Sudanese military and paramilitary troops of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have adopted a policy of kidnapping civilians and IDPs and holding them for ransom, as they also continue to confiscate large swathes of farmlands and forcibly ejecting their inhabitants, some of the most recent cases of extra-judicial killings, rapes, arbitrary arrests, other casualties and large scale of communal lands( Hawakir) violently expropriated, villages destroyed and the routine devastation inflicted throughout the Jebel Marra constitute the main elements of the report.
First: Cases of Death toll, casualties, rape and wanton destruction
– On 11th of June, 2016, Khartoum’s Janjaweed militias driving in 6 land cruisers mounted with Dushka machine guns and class of light machine guns attacked Al-Hamidiyya IDP camp in Zalingei of central Darfur, in which they injured 7 IDPs among them minor and abducted 4 others. The abductees were later released after the IDPs paid ransom-money of 45, 000 SDG ( 3,375 $) , the names of the injured and the captives are :
1- Maahir Ibrahim Abdul Shafei Guma, 25 years old
2- Abdalla Ibrahim Mohamed, 28 years old
3- Zahra Eissa, 11 years old
4- Buthayna Abdul Shakur , 3 years old

– On 11th of June 2016, elements from Rapid Support Forces (RSF), killed a resident from South Sudan State in Al-Fashir of North Darfur after looting his money , electronic –devices of the Shop he owned in the downtown of Al-Fashir and fled a way, the name of the slain merchant is:

– On 19th of June 2016, Khartoum’s jets indiscriminately bombarded Sorong village in Jebel Marra , the bombardment killed a resident and his son, their names are:
1- Abdul Shakur Adam, 39 years old
2- Omer Abdul Shakur Adam, 6 years old
– On 19th of June 2016, Janjaweed militiamen stabbed to death IDP from Otash camp of South Darfur. On the same day on separate occasion, other militiamen stabbed 2 IDPs from Otash and seriously injured them ,the culprits fled to unknown location ,the names of the victims are:

– Between 20th -21st of June 2016, members of the Janjaweed militias, let by two chief militiamen Ahmed Jabaat and Ahmed Ali ,ransacked Tur village of Kas locality , South Darfur in which 9 IDPs were killed including minors and 13 others were injured, Moreover; the perpetrators also looted commercial goods estimated by 7,000,ooo SDG ( 525,000 $ ) from Tur market, 234 houses burned to ashes and 378 head of goat and sheep, 86 head of donkey were taken , the names of the deceased and casualties are :

– On 22ed of June 2016, Janjaweed militiamen led by chief- Janjaweed named Mohammed Hassaballa committed butchery against residents from Um Tajok village of Kereinik locality, Eastern Al-Geineina of West Darfur state, in this carnage 14 farmers were killed on the spot, 8 residents injured while 6 others went missing, the incident occurred when a group of farmers went out to prepare their lands for cultivation, the new-comers militiamen who violently expropriated the lands told them that, they have liberated the lands , paid with their blood and if the residents of the village want to till it, they have to pay them , when the farmers argued that, the lands are theirs, immediately the militiamen opened fire on them committing the barbaric slaughter, the names of the killed, injured and missed farmers are:

– On 28th of June 2016, government-backed militiamen killed a farmer in Surangal village of Koya locality, South Darfur, the perpetrators warned the farmer not to come to his farmland again, arguing that, the land belong to them, when he insisted they instantly killed him inside his farm, the name of the victim is :

– On 17th of July 2016, Khartoum-supported militiamen attacked IDPs from Dar es salaam IDP camp in Gireida locality of South Darfur, in which 5 IDPs were killed and 8 others injured, including one minor, the attack took place, when some residents from the camp went out to till their lands, the new-settlers told them that, they liberated the land and if they want to cultivate they have to pay them when the IDPs opposed they opened fire on them, the names of the murdered IDPs and the injured, respectively are:

– On 11th of July 2016, Janjaweed militias killed student from Birka Syra, Saraf Omra locality of west Darfur. The deceased was fatally shot inside the market after he struggled to rescue his cell phone from the hands of the marauders, the name of the student is:
1- Fadul Harun Yousif, 27 years old
– On 13th of July 2016, Janjaweed militiamen on Camels back, slain Student from Dileij village of Wadi Saleh locality, West Darfur, the victim who fought back his attacker until he breathed his last breath, was shot while he was walking between Baraki village and Dileij, the name of the Student is:
1- Bahr Eldin Adam Abdul Khaliq, 22 years old
– On 15th of July 2016, Sudan’s National Intelligence and Security Services( NISS) arrest in El-Geneina, capital of West Darfur, Sheikh Yousif Abdalla Abaker, 70 years old, the Muslim Imam was arrested on background of his severe criticism to government central authorities of Khartoum, during speech he delivered on the occasion of Eid Al-Fiter, he held Khartoum authorities responsible for what is happening in Darfur and urged them to fear God on their subjects and do everything in their power to protect the lives of people of Darfur .“ It’s our doomed fate to govern us the most illiterate people on earth , Khartoum killed us, displaced us and raped us , don’t kill us like locust , we are a dignified human-beings ” said an excerpt from his sermon. “Don’t claim that you are devoted, faithful and God-fearing Muslims when you are killing us on the holy month of Ramadan” he decried. “Why the mess we are in happening only in Darfur and not in Khartoum, Al-Jazeera, Dongola or anywhere in Sudan?” he further asked. The Sheikh finally transferred to Khartoum on 17th of July 2016.
– On 20th of July 2016, Khartoum’s Janjaweed Militias on Camels back killed 4 members of one family in Sangir village, 11 Km west of Kutum, North Darfur, the incidents occurred when Janjaweed herders, said to be relatives to the Chief –Janjaweed Musa Hilal from Awlad Mahriyya entered their camels in the farm of Mr. Ali Adam, while his 4 son are cultivating their farm, the boys tried to prevent the camels from eating and devastating the seedlings, then the militias shot all of them.
– On 20th of July 2016, groups of Janjaweed militias attacked an IDP and broke her hand in Kassab area of Fatta Barnu locality, the perpetrators fled a way, the name of the victim is:
1- Zeinab Ibrahim Abdella
– On 21st of July 2016, Khartoum’s Antonov bombarded villages of Koura, Teyye, Gorlangbanj , the bombardment killed 2 minors, their names are :
1- Gamar Eldin Yahyia, 8 years old
2- Abu Bakar Hussein Saleh, 12 years old
– On 22ed of July 2016, groups of unidentified militiamen critically injured a minor in Zalingei of central Darfur, stray bullet hit the victim while the militias started randomly firing in the town, the name of the minor is:

– On 25th of July 2016, Khartoum’s –backed Janjaweed militias attacked IDPs of Dar es Salam IDP camp, Gireida locality of South Darfur, in which 2 IDPs were killed and another one injured, the IDPs were cultivating their farmlands, when the militias intercepted and attacked them, the names of the victims are :
1- Yahyia Mohamed Adam, 50 years old, nickname (Adira)
2- Abdul Basit Al-Tahir, 36 years old
3- Omer Al-Sanousi, 55 years old( injured)
– On 25th of July 2016, Janjaweed militiamen on Camels back murdered a resident from Shoba village, North Darfur and seriously injured his brother, the victims were en route to Kabkabiyya when the militias attacked them, their names are :
1- Yahyia Mohamed Abaker, 35 years old
2- Aadil Mohamed Abaker, 29 years old( mortally injured)
– On 28th of July 2016, Khartoum’s gunships indiscriminately bombarded villages of Daya, Naama, Jebel Marra, the bombardment let to the killing of an elder, besides killing of 27 head of goat and sheep, 32 head of donkey, the name of the victim is:
1- Sheikh Abdul Shakur Ahmed Eissa, 75 years old
– Between 31st of July- 3st of August 2016, Sudan’s government agents of the National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS), arrested more than 16 IDPs leaders, among them women in South, Central and North Darfur states, while other IDPs were summoned and then released. The arrests in Nyertete, Kass and Al-Fashir took place three days after the U.S special Envoy to both Sudan and South Sudan concluded his visit to Darfur which started on 28th of July 2016, ambassador Booth visited several IDPs camps in Darfur, during which the IDPs articulated their plights to the Envoy, they told him about the rampant extra-judicial killings, rapes and abductions cases by militiamen across Darfur. They further complained about the violent expropriation of their farmlands by the new-occupiers brought from the neighboring Countries by the genocide regime of Khartoum, and demanded that the new-settlers must be expelled from their lands. Then; immediately after Booth left Security agents conducted IDPs camps- wide hunt looking for those leaders who attended the meetings with Booth, the office of the Special Envoy remained tight-lipped about the cases of detentions while several IDPs leaders still on the run, the names of the detainees are:

– On 7th of August 2016, Janjaweed militias on Camels back, raped 3 women in Katur area, east Jebel Marra, the names of the victims are:

– Between 8th -10th of August 2016, the Sudanese agents of National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS) arrested in Kas, South Darfur 5 IDPs on the background of attending meetings with U.S special envoy to Sudan and South Sudan ambassador Donald Booth, their arrest brings the number of IDPs detainees following Booth’s visit to more than 25 in Kas and Nyertete alone , the names of the detainees are:
1- Adam Salih, 60 years old, paramount sheikh of the IDPs
2- Khalil Adam Ibrahim, 55 years old
3- Omer Abdul Kabir, 60 years old
4- Abdul Jabbar Ahmed Abdul Mula, 70 years old

– On 12th of August 2016. Khartoum’s fighter jets conducted series of bombardments in West, East and Central Jebel Marra concentrating on the densely populated areas, as world’s attention focused on the roadmap negotiations in Addis, Khartoum is retaliating by killing more and more civilians , the Sudan Liberation Movement cannot rule out the death toll and causalities inflicted as civilians fled to hide outs , nevertheless one elderly woman was confirmed killed inside her cottage in Torogtoga village in the central of Jebel Marra, her name is :

The outside world has largely forgotten Darfur and this is beyond our comprehension when more than 700,000 lives have been lost in what constitutes nothing less than genocide against our people. We beseech your aid in the name of universal humanity.
